Before taking Youthful Brain, I had been slightly depressed and spent a lot of time at home. I relied on my husband’s energy to do all the shopping. Both of us had become irritable with one another and both of us were having memory issues, me more than him. My husband does a lot of singing, so I had encouraged him to take Youthful Brain, too, because he had to memorize all his music. We have both found a new lease on life again. I have more energy and now can remember faces and names at the new church we had begun attending.
